About
The Resourced Well is a library of clinical resources for therapists: books, articles, podcasts, videos, apps, and workbooks. Search by case need, save what fits, and keep materials organized so less time goes to hunting and more goes to client care.
Why I built this

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 15 years of experience, I know that the best clinical work happens when clinicians are fully present, not when time is spent endlessly searching for resources. I founded The Resourced Well to bridge that gap: a centralized hub to help clinicians quickly find, save, and organize high-quality, clinically relevant materials so the focus of treatment can be to fully show up for those in need, your clients.
Who it's for
Mental health clinicians and allied professionals who need reliable resources for psychoeducation and between-session support. Resources are summarized for quick scanning, and clinical judgment remains with the user.
How it's curated
The collection includes evidence-based tools, self-guided materials, and lived-experience resources where appropriate. Each resource links to the original publisher or author so you can review and determine fit for your clinical setting and professional standards.
Status
The platform is in active development. Coverage and features will continue to expand.
