2. Explore and refine recommendations
Recommended Resources match your search most closely. Related Resources show adjacent clinical fits. Each card gives a short overview plus Key Details (primary focus, who it fits, and how to use it in care) so you can choose with confidence, then open the original source when you're ready.
3. Build your library
Save what you'll come back to, organize Collections, and revisit saved searches. Free accounts include up to 15 resource opens, 10 library saves (catalog, links, or resource uploads), 1 Collection, and unlimited saved searches. Upgrade to Full Access when you need more.

Every entry is organized with a consistent review framework focused on:
Clinical Integrity & Evidence: Evidence-Informed entries are tied to established models commonly used in therapy (for example CBT, DBT, ACT, attachment, trauma-informed care). Exploratory entries, including memoirs and peer-led resources, cover useful insight or education that is less protocol-based and are not treated as clinical theory.
Inclusivity & Accessibility: Materials are reviewed for affirming language and clinical fit across diverse clients, with limits noted when access or audience is narrow.
Commercial Transparency: Paid placements are not allowed. We may include commercial tools or publisher content when they are clinically relevant. Visibility comes from clinical match, not payment.
Does Full Access include the actual resources, or only the summaries and links to open them?
Only summaries and links, not the originals. Full Access includes discovery and organization on The Resourced Well: search, opens, saves, uploads, notes, and Collections. We do not license or host full books, workbooks, podcasts, videos, apps, assessments, or articles. Opens take you to the publisher or creator's site, where access depends on that source.
