By accessing or using The Resourced Well, you agree to these Terms of Service, including the subscriptions, billing, and payment terms below.
Subscriptions and billing
The Resourced Well offers three ways to use the platform:
- Browse only (no account): unlimited search and explore recommendations. Opening resource links requires a free account.
- Free account: open resource links and use library tools within the usage limits below. No payment required.
- Full Access: unlimited resource opens, saved searches, library saves, Collections, and private notes.
Free account (no payment required)
You can create a free account without entering payment information. Free accounts include:
- Up to 15 resource opens (lifetime)
- Save up to 10 library items (catalog resources, external links, or PDF uploads)
- Create 1 collections
- Unlimited saved searches
- Add private notes on saved resources
When you reach a library or open limit, you can still view what you already saved. To open more resources or save, upload, or organize more, delete existing library items where needed, or upgrade to Full Access.
No payment is required to browse the site or create a free account.
Full Access pricing
Current Full Access pricing (subject to change with notice): $24.99/month or $239/year. Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes may apply where required by law.
Upgrading and auto-renewal
When you subscribe to Full Access, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.
We do not offer a time-limited free trial of Full Access. You may use a free account with usage limits, or subscribe to Full Access when you are ready.
Canceling
You may cancel Full Access at any time from Account settings using Manage billing, which opens Stripe's secure customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges. You will keep Full Access until the end of your current paid billing period. You can also switch between monthly and annual billing there.
After you cancel
Your Full Access benefits continue through the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law.
Price changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. If a price change applies to your subscription, we will give you reasonable advance notice (for example by email or an in-product message) before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the new price applies.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Stripe collects and secures payment details according to its own terms and privacy policy.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend Full Access until payment is resolved, as allowed by Stripe and applicable law.
Account deletion and active subscriptions
If you have an active Full Access subscription, cancel it in Account settings before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel recurring billing. If you delete your account without canceling, you may continue to be charged until you cancel through Stripe or contact us at hello@theresourcedwell.com.
Use of the Platform
The Resourced Well provides a curated library of resources intended for professional and educational use by clinicians.
You agree to use the platform in a manner consistent with applicable laws, ethical guidelines, and professional standards.
User-uploaded PDFs
Signed-in users may upload PDF files to store and organize professional resources in a private library, including worksheets, handouts, assessments, templates, and psychoeducational materials.
Do not upload client records, session notes, or documents containing protected health information (PHI).
You retain ownership of materials you upload.
Uploaded files are intended to support personal organization and use within the platform. Users are responsible for maintaining their own copies of uploaded materials if they wish to retain them outside of The Resourced Well.
By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to upload and store it, that it does not contain client or patient information, and that it complies with applicable laws, regulations, ethical obligations, and professional standards.
We may remove uploaded content that violates these Terms.
No Clinical or Medical Advice
The Resourced Well provides educational information and resource discovery tools for clinicians. The platform does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or clinical advice.
Clinicians are solely responsible for exercising their own professional judgment and determining how, whether, and when to use any materials, interventions, assessments, or resources in their work.
Content and Sources
The Resourced Well curates and summarizes resources created by third parties. We do not claim ownership of third-party content and provide links to original sources where applicable.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any resource.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.
You may permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Account settings → Delete account. Deletion removes your account, uploaded PDFs, saved resources, Collections, and associated account data. This action is permanent. Subscription and billing terms are described in Subscriptions and billing above.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Resourced Well is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform or any resources accessed through it.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
