The Resourced Well offers three ways to use the platform:

• Browse only (no account): unlimited search and explore recommendations. Opening resource links requires a free account.
• Free account: open resource links and use resource tools within the usage limits below. No payment required.
• Full Access: unlimited resource opens, saved searches, resource saves, Boards, and private notes.

Free account (no payment required)

You can create a free account without entering payment information. Free accounts include:

• Up to 15 resource opens (lifetime)
• Save up to 10 saved resources (catalog resources, external links, or PDF uploads)
• Unlimited collections
• Unlimited saved searches
• Add private notes on saved resources

When you reach a save or open limit, you can still view what you already saved. To open more resources or save, upload, or organize more, delete existing saved resources where needed, or upgrade to Full Access.

No payment is required to browse the site or create a free account.

Full Access pricing

Current Full Access pricing (subject to change with notice): $24.99/month or $239/year. Prices are shown before checkout. Taxes may apply where required by law.

In-training Full Access pricing

Pre-licensed trainees and associates may subscribe at $14.99/month or $149/year when eligible. In-training pricing applies for the first 12 months on that plan (or the first annual term), then renews at standard Full Access rates unless you confirm you are still in training before that renewal. Misrepresenting licensure or training status may result in account adjustment.

Upgrading and auto-renewal

When you subscribe to Full Access, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Monthly and annual plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.

We do not offer a time-limited free trial of Full Access. You may use a free account with usage limits, or subscribe to Full Access when you are ready.

Canceling

You may cancel Full Access at any time from Account settings using Manage billing, which opens Stripe's secure customer portal. Cancellation stops future charges. You will keep Full Access until the end of your current paid billing period. You can also switch between monthly and annual billing there.

After you cancel

Your Full Access benefits continue through the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, except where required by law.

Price changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time. If a price change applies to your subscription, we will give you reasonable advance notice (for example by email or an in-product message) before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you may cancel before the new price applies.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers. Stripe collects and secures payment details according to its own terms and privacy policy.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend Full Access until payment is resolved, as allowed by Stripe and applicable law.

Account deletion and active subscriptions

If you have an active Full Access subscription, cancel it in Account settings before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel recurring billing. If you delete your account without canceling, you may continue to be charged until you cancel through Stripe or contact us at hello@theresourcedwell.com.

The Resourced Well provides a curated collection of resources intended for professional and educational use by clinicians.

You agree to use the platform in a manner consistent with applicable laws, ethical guidelines, and professional standards.

Signed-in users may add PDF files from their device or, when available, from Google Drive to store and organize professional resources in My Resources, including worksheets, handouts, assessments, templates, and psychoeducational materials.

If you use Google Drive import, you authorize us to access the specific file you select so we can copy it into your library. You must have the right to store that material in The Resourced Well. Google provides sign-in and file-picker services for that feature. Your use of Google is also subject to Google's terms and policies.

Do not upload or import client records, session notes, or documents containing protected health information (PHI). The same restrictions apply whether the PDF came from your device or Google Drive.

You retain ownership of materials you upload.

Uploaded files are intended to support personal organization and use within the platform. Users are responsible for maintaining their own copies of uploaded materials if they wish to retain them outside of The Resourced Well.

By uploading or importing content, you confirm that you have the right to upload and store it, that it does not contain client or patient information, and that it complies with applicable laws, regulations, ethical obligations, and professional standards.

We may remove uploaded content that violates these Terms.

If you believe a user-uploaded PDF on The Resourced Well infringes your copyright, email hello@theresourcedwell.com with enough detail for us to locate the file and evaluate your request. We may remove or disable access to content that appears to infringe copyright or that violates these Terms.

The Referrals board lets signed-in clinicians post open referral requests and browse requests posted by others. It is a professional networking aid, not a clinical referral service, and we do not guarantee matches or outcomes.

Do not include client or patient names, dates of birth, chart identifiers, session details, or other protected health information (PHI) or client-identifiable information in a referral post, notes, or alert criteria.

Open posts and the professional contact information you choose to list (such as your name, email, phone, or practice website) are visible to other users of the platform according to product access rules. Visitors without an account may see a limited preview of open posts.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of what you post, for complying with laws, ethical rules, and professional standards (including consent and notice when sharing your contact details), and for how you use information you learn from other users' posts.

We may remove or disable referral posts, alerts, or related content that violate these Terms, appear to contain client-identifiable information, or pose abuse, spam, or security risk.

The Resourced Well provides educational information and resource discovery tools for clinicians. The platform does not provide medical, psychological, legal, or clinical advice.

Clinicians are solely responsible for exercising their own professional judgment and determining how, whether, and when to use any materials, interventions, assessments, or resources in their work.

The Resourced Well curates and summarizes resources created by third parties. We do not claim ownership of third-party content and provide links to original sources where applicable.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any resource.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity under your account.

You may permanently delete your account at any time from Profile → Account settings → Delete account. Deletion removes your account, uploaded PDFs, saved resources, Boards, referral board posts and alert settings linked to your account, and other associated account data. This action is permanent. Subscription and billing terms are described in Subscriptions and billing above.
